It was a special pleasure to visit Dardan and her family with her. “Qamil Batalli” in Pristina, a school which could be a model for other schools.

In this case, we commended the school's directors and educators for the work done in management and quality growth.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology ( MAKT, but local level also needs to take into account the good practice of this school.

As for implementing curriculums, s.f.m.u “Qali Batalli” remains very good and the teaching training of teachers has been successful, so they don't have the difficulties many schools face in our country.

Before those in attendance, we pledged to continue with projects aimed at effective teaching training and not formal training without results.

The idea is to identify accurately the needs of our teachers but always in the light of good practices.

During this visit, we also discussed the measurement of teaching performance, and this process is not intended to harm them; rather, it will advance into a career.

We vow that each promotion will have additional income and that model will be realised in the near future.

We will also be committed to rid education of external influences, and in this regard we are preparing an online model for hiring new teachers.

Regarding the importance of digitizing schools, Dardan has spoken, saying technology is the biggest driver of development.

Dardan confirmed our commitment that increasing quality at all levels of education can be done with people who have will, knowledge and courage.

In PSD governance, teachers will be employed on the basis of preparations, rather than political beliefs.
