When she wore the police uniform, she faced a lot of prejudice.
It was 1999 when Kosovo was just out of war, and the police profession thought it belonged to men.
But the former police officer, now the lawyer decided to challenge everyone and join the Kosovo Police Service.
Why don't you go work for me in the night shift and work? It was a dislike that eventually returned.
But the hardest thing about Fehmie, the first-generation cop wife, was when she started exercise on the first day.
Exercise for this generation that counted 176 members, 18 %s who were women, had begun on September 6, 1999. Bytyqi confessed to T7 one more time when he was prejudged for weight while practicing this profession.
And in our country today, only about 15 % women serve this institution, of which 12% are police officers serving in different functions for law enforcement.
Also, only a small number are in high degrees.
Meanwhile, Kosovo police are currently developing activities within the 20th anniversary of the establishment, until the main ceremony held on September 6th.
