MAP plans civil servants to be added two more days on annual vacation

One of the changes that has occurred is in calculating vacation days, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
“Civil servants, full-timed for each calendar year, have a right to a minimum monthly vacation of eighteen hours (18) working on a scale of one-and-a-half days per calendar month of employment”, said in the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Order for civil servants' holidays.
Under this regulation, it is also seen that every two years of work experience spent in the Civil Service and abroad, civil servants are added annual rest for a day's work.
Both these restrictions are meant to be changed to the new regulation, one in favour of public officials and the other in their disparity...
