Luzha has said that the culture sector is problematic in Kosovo and that another approach to it is needed.

“Qutura should not be seen as our life's decoration, something that remains to invest in culture should be completely different, sports culture has been Ambassador”, she said in Rubik.

She has pressed charges against the LDK when the minister was Mejtim Shala, who has only given the institutions a priority.

When the LDK was in power had institutional access and the rest of us are out of this scene, all the festival activity hit them, stopping them from spending the budget”, she said.

According to her, public operators have been spoiled, while independents have been named foreigners.

I personally come from the culture sector. In the music sector, we've been very cooperative, philharmonic, arts faculty, independent music scene. It was a symbiosis because we're almost the same people. We produce artists who spread into institutions both public and independent. Access to the culture sector has been problematic. Prioritys and caress are behind public operators and access as if others were foreigners, like independent operators”, while adding that “mass artistic products were produced from the independent” scene./Periscopi/
