“Kurti still doesn't know what to do with the Kosovo flag. And you will make him prime minister...”, Latifi has indicated.

Latifi has estimated that Kurti “should convince citizens that there are no conceptual, ideological, institutional problems, with the state of”.
According to Latifi, Kurti also does not recognise the Kosovo Constitution.
