On Tuesday morning (17 September 17th, 2019), a 56-year-old woman was found dead on her bed in the Adoma house in Strasbourg as a result of the stab attack.
Just three days after the murder, the Public Prosecutor's Office in Strasbourg opened a criminal investigation into the murder. The examiner magistrate responsible for the case immediately issued a European arrest warrant, under which the suspect could be arrested, Klan Kosova reports.
On the basis of intelligence by investigators from Strasbourg's Inter-Regional Justice Police Directorate (DIPJ), the bavarese police have arrested a 21-year-old man suspected in France of a murder.
He allegedly killed 56-year-old Kosovo-born at a studio at the Adoma house in Strasbourg, with several stab wounds.
German federal police arrested the man from Albania on a long distance bus on the 93st Highway near Kiefersfelden (Russheim District) on the border between Austria and Germany.
