Kusari said they continue to differ with the Veteventive Movement, but are focused on what unites them to bring about reforms and changes that the country needs.
“We are joined by the idea of changing and long-awaited state reform. It unites us with the effort to order and law and rule of law that treats citizens equally, regardless of the class and category they belong to. We join the idea of the state of Kosovo, a country developed with agendas and development programmes, and equal status with other states in the region and the European Union. Together we will travel in these elections and together we will travel to the stage of real change for our Kosovo”, Kusari said.
The alternative will be represented on the Vetevendosje Movement list even with its deputy chairman, Reshat Norboro. Kusari said it was the will of most members of the Steering Council, who supported and encouraged this co-operation.
For inclusion on the list, we had other options, but, our orientation was and remains in establishing synergy with the opposition parties up until we could realise the long-awaited change for Kosovo”, she said.
Former Kusari-Lila deputate said the change is not without challenges and the alternative as a relatively new subject and with clear liberal-democrat orientation, for two years in the Kosovo Assembly, has introduced the necessity of sweeping changes in our system, even though according to her it has paid a price such as the removal of Ilir Deda from the party.
