Prizren's prosecutor has filed charges for “sexual assault” on a suspect found in custody.
The same suspect was that at the Prizren Stone Bridge he had touched the other person with sexual intent.
“The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the Department of Mitur, has filed charges against the F.J., which is in custody from 27.08.2019, due to allegedly committing criminal work “Sexual assault”, from Article 229 paragraph 1 concerning paragraph 3 subparagraphy 3.7 over paragraph 6 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK)”, said in communique.
According to the indictment, defendant F.J., with the date of 24.08.2019, at the time interval 13:18-13:25, on the “Remzi Ademij”, exactly below the “Bridge of Stone” in Prizren, affects the other person with sexual intent, and that child E.K., knowing that the same is especially sensitive because of age, in the way that after you see the same one at the <xUUGUUUGH3> in Prizren, you call for the person to buy a drink and buy it after telling them that bridge, that's hurting the kid, and that's the sex in front line.
With these actions, there is good-based suspicion that defendant F.J. has fulfilled elements of the criminal act “Sexual assault” According to KPRK.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment's establishment has proposed to the court that the defendant be found guilty and be convicted by law, for criminal acts to be charged with.
