Even with Luxembourg Kingdom in the past year, we have signed an agreement on the program to continue these donations, and one of the priorities has been professional skills. We insisted that professional skills and the need to fit the market, to respond with curriculums and professional skills. We must be competitive not only with our country but also with the global market”, Hoxha said.
