The Foundation Court in Peja-Peja-Date-Crime Department has appointed house arrest measures against defendants A.D. and E.H. due to the fact that:
By 16,09.2019, at the mouth of Decani, they have failed to fulfill official duties with the aim of profiting rich for others, and by doing so have caused harm to the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, respectively, at the Directorate of National Park in Pec, so that defendants in question, in the quality of forest officials during working hours, in the upper location have released citizens with vehicles, tractors, by transporting firewood, even though they do not have a corresponding document.
With what defendants A.D. and E.H. as co-chairees allegedly committed criminal acts of abuse of official office or authority. The defendants have been assigned house arrest measures for a month.
Against this decision the dissatisfied side has the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals.
