Haradinaj has highly appreciated the fact that the meeting between them for the first time was held in the Kosovo consulate in New York.
His request was to enable dialogue, it's clear that the tax is a barrier. I've been careful not to risk my relationship with America. American officials are aware of this creditable process of relations I have with them, even in the case of tax. The visit was an honor, but the meeting happened at our consultation in New York. This hadn't happened before. Many meetings are held at hotels, and my meeting was in our console, but the conversation was also a container.
