Even Faton Topalli won't be a deputy candidate, explains the reasons

Former Parliament deputy Faton Topalli has indicated he will not enter the 6 October race to secure a seat in the Kosovo Assembly. Like Aida Drggut, Topalli, has said that the reasons he will not be part of the race are completely personal, as he said [...]
Like Aida Drggut, Topalli, said that the reasons he won't be part of the race are completely personal, as he said he would be head of the Electoral Staff at Ferizaj.
Here's the full announcement:
Now when political party lists are being compiled for MPs, I want to announce that I will not be part of the coalition list. P DS-AAK. The reasons for my failure to run are personal. I will continue to be part of the Social Democracy Party, which I have pardoned all my faith and from which I have been appointed head of the Ferizaj Election Staff and head of Regional Staff for the 2019 elections. So I'll be 100% in Kosovo service, 100% in PSD service.
For 41 years of my political activity, in just over six of them I was an MP. Many politicians say they love the country, but they really don't love people. He who does not love the people does not love the land. I love people, and that's what got me engaged politically. Political engagement in most of my activity has been outside the institutions and constantly in support of the opposition. I like being among people, where politics develops; in the village, in the neighborhood, in social projects. Not necessarily in the House. This is a personal matter and I hope in understanding.
From 2011 to Vetevendosje Movement! And since 2018 in PSD, I've done more than 600
Flights by plane, respectfully about 7,200 miles [7,200 km] of roads with my money; and in three
The legislature I made only a work trip abroad with Republic budget money
Kosovo. Being an MP has not enriched me, but it has caused me great material losses I have enjoyed. The salary as an MP has been the lowest salary I've ever received in my life. So in no case have I been intent on taking advantage of my political and institutional commitment.
In the fourth legislature, I was deputy chairman of the Agriculture Commission, in the fifth legislature.
The chairman of the Commission for Public Finance Monitoring and the sixth legislature I was chairman of the Commission for AKI Monitoring. For more than six years, I've been the voice of silent citizens; beginning with the issues of workers' rights, social issues, marble problems, green cardboard, the compiler of various amendments and law sponsors. In the PSD I have continued to lead those topics, which I have also raised to LVV. I thank all those sincere friends who supported me on my way as part of the Vetevendosje Movement! and all those activists who helped and supported me in the Social Democrat Party. I've tried and I hope I've managed to make a valuable contribution like an MP.
Separation with Vetevendosje Movement! It was painful. Many citizens told me they were disappointed by both sides. I too, in view of physical, mental, and material investment from 2011 to 2018, am among those who have been most disappointed. During this time I have been reviled, insulted, threatened by my children and me, labeled 1,000 epithets, and left without doing anything. But I was never given a single argument about the subject on which I betrayed my voters. That made me proud and at the same time upset me about the political level of some of my fellow travelers. However, I can look at each of them in the eye as many of them lower their eyes as they pass by me.
I hope the seventh legislature is better than this one. I hope this legislature sets the example that the PSD is trying to install in politics: debate without insults and insults, constructive debate and conduct with ethics and integrity.
Once again, thank you for your support and good - bye in the new political battles.
