Demarketing: The prosecution charges Libran Aliu with stealing MPs' folders

Aliu, who is the current candidate for MP for this October 6th elections, is charged with criminal work “Peging the official person in carrying out the official task”, reports the “Justice Voct”.
This indictment against him has been filed because, as the prosecution claims, Aliu in the Kosovo Assembly Hall on March 21, 2018, had received 40 official cards from MPs' tables serving for voting.
Former Aliu delegations, these cards were received in order to fail to vote on the demarcation agreement with Montenegro.
According to the indictment provided by the “Justice Vow”, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina the indictment act against Ali was established on 26 July 2019.
While the Constitutional Court in Pristina has accepted this indictment on July 30th of this year.
According to the indictment, it is said that on March 21, 2018, around 13:44, in the Republic of Kosovo Assembly Hall, Libun Aliu is accused of holding off official persons in carrying out official duties, respectively, MPs from the Republic of Kosovo Assembly.
The prosecution claims that while the deputies of the Kosovo Republic Assembly have been on break, accused Lieburn Aliu has entered the legislature's hall and MPs' tables have received about 40 official voting cards, unable to develop the successful session of the Republic of Kosovo's extraordinary Assembly.
