Daut Haradinaj has retorted to Isa Mustaf, saying that the ones close to him are faint.

I saw Mr. R. Isa Mustafa, I've had and I've got ethics but how it looks to have the nuts who keep close to themselves. Those who didn't vote don't let them consult you.

In my rule, neither officially nor unofficially has been discussed in exchange for territories.
