At today's meeting, the Central Election Commission accredited another 9 thousand and 50 observers. According to CEC data, the number of accredited observers so far stands at 12 thousand and 872.
The majority of accredited observers so far represent around 10,000 political subjects certified for participating in the election, while the rest are from local NGOs (2,722), international organisations and embassies (47) and media (129).
In the 2017 parliamentary elections, the number of observers accredited by the CEC was about 30,000.
