According to Naim Mehmet, whose brother was killed, all of this began with the Rafuna family's guilt.
After Mufail had taken the gun and shot Naim Mehmet in the leg, he went and took the AK 47 gun but was stopped by a Kosovo policeman.
Explaining the story, he says Mufail Rafuna fired bullets like she was shooting at dolls or in gun training.
