) MAST is obliged to provide free textbooks only for primary and lower school students, 1-9. High school students, on the other hand, must provide (purchasing) textbooks.
) MAST in this school year has completed the process of drafting new texts for level 0, 1, 2, 6, 7, 10 and 11. Texts which the Ministry is obliged to distribute for free have long been in student hands.
As far as class 10 and 11, the Ministry does not impose the supply of students with textbooks. But since new texts have also been prepared for these classes, MAST has in time issued decisions on publishing homes for textbooks that have gained the right to publication. Hence, it is the responsibility of publishing houses to supply the market with these texts.
Media reports that high school teachers are still in speculation about what books students should be serving, do not stand, because MAST has published the final list of new textbooks (even for grade 10 and 11), on the Ministry's official page on June 18, 2019. So from this date, it's known to students, teachers, parents and all citizens which texts will be used by this school year.
