Attempted suicide in Pec, detention measure appointed for suspects

The Constitutional Court in Pec has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pec for the appointment of the detention move following the expansion of investigations against the defendants of L.K and A.U., due to the suspicion given that the defendant L.K on the 10th,2019, about 12:50 in Pec, has deliberately helped his neighbour, respectively, the defendant V.K, in carrying out the serious murder and attempted murder of the victim.

While the defendant A.U., without authorisation, has held a firearm in possession and control, where the critical day after the most described case, the defendant has handed the gun to the police.

Defendants L.K. a month-long detention measure has been scheduled.

Against this decision the dissatisfied side has the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals.
