The founders of this school are Kemal and Kozeta Zylo, who for years had worked and contributed to promoting Albanian values, as learning requirements in Albanian grew daily in the Bronx region.
The Zylo family became identifiators for opening this school, as a center for cultivating Albanian values, enabling the integration of Albanian babies into local culture, though from a distance.

On the day when this school made its promotion, there were numerous guests, and one of the participants was the ambassador of the Republic of Albania to Washington, Floreta Luli-Faber, who, with her presence, affirmed her receptive stance on this appropriate initiative.
Among the staff of this Albanian school is Mirvete Krasniqi-Weselaj, who had emigrated from Kosovo to America months ago and is now part of the staff of this school, in the quality of teaching, a profession he has been practicing for years at low elementary school “28 November” in Peja's Raushiq.

Educator Mirvete Krasniqi-Veselaj expressed great gratitude, revealing her plans for “the second house”, which with her preliminary experiences in this area, promises a lot for children who have the chance to be students at this school.
I'm so happy to be part of this school. My coming to such a distant land made me skeptical about the future, but the outcome and appreciation of the founders of this school impressed me. Being part of such a prepared framework is a fact that makes me very happy. I hope my contribution brings forth well-educated generations. My thanks go to all those who were worthy supporters today to enjoy this” title, she said.

“Alba Life” made its solemn opening on September 21st, just when the start of the new school year is marked in each country.
This school promises a lot and expects new students, providing them with a staff with great preparation.
The staff consists of founders Kozeta and Kemal Zylo, collaborators Blerim Gjacaj, Arta Xhaferri and Majlinda Tafaj and educators Mirvete Krasniqi-Eselaj from Peja and Elda Gjongeci from Tropoja.
