During presentation of the economic development programme, candidate PSD for MP Visar Ymeri said this fund will help businesses and create new jobs.
“in the economy sector needs intervention in order to help their business and create new jobs. We've seen some measures through which the economy will have a development, one of the mains is the developmental fund. We will establish it immediately and it will be independent entities and under the supervision of the Parliament. The funds will be financed by budget money, the remaining money from the privatisation fund, and a portion from the Trust”, he said.
This fund, according to Ymer, will help in four sectors, the first will take into account employment, the second investment in assets such as Trepca, Telekom, energy. The third concerns investments and lending of export companies. The fourth is investment in the growth and opening of companies that are oriented in technology and information.
Muhamet Spahiu from the AAK, has presented some of the other priorities in terms of economic development.
He said several other measures will be taken that deal with creating the conditions of doing business, starting with fiscal policies, where taxes will be lowered by 4 percent for companies, release from any tax on exported products.
