The former minister is charged with “trafficking of narcotics” in co-operation in the form of the structured criminal group, “the conduct of criminal acts by criminal organisation”, “the structured criminal group”.
While in the same file are Jaeld Chela, former director of the Vlora Police, Sokol Bode, former police officers and Gjergj Kohila former police officers.
The Randa Crime Court has earlier accepted the former minister's request for a cut trial.
