There's nothing strange up here except for a farm on a roof that's the largest of its kind in the world. The farm is situated over six floors of buildings in the heart of the French capital.
And this seems to be future agriculture and especially in Paris, crops on roof can be seen everywhere. Currently, the 14,000 square metres farm is under construction and is projected to open in the spring of 2020, and more than 30 different species of plants are planned to grow.
About 1,000kg of fruits and vegetables will be produced from this farm daily at the peak of the season. He will be cared for by about 20 gardeners using full organic methods.
The goal is for the farm to become a global model. Aya will also have her restaurant and a bar with a capacity of about 300 people, and it is unnecessary to say that the menu will carry seasonal products grown in the country.
