Wessel: MPs to vote August 22nd distribution of Parliament

Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veselini has nominated at the Assembly's meeting for the parliamentary hearing to be held on 22 August.

All parliamentary groups agreed that the hearing will be held on August 22nd so that MPs will have time to return and be all present.

Under Wessel's proposal, which all parliamentary parties agreed with, the most fair and legal way is for all parties to collect the signing of at least 40 deputies for the motion to hold the session for the distribution of parliament.

Wessel has said at the Headship meeting that now and many days without need citizens have been abused by political parties in television studios, while from the moment of the government's resignation, immediately with 40 signatures, the session could be called and the country could go to the polls.

With the proposal of Prime Minister Veselin, at the Parliament's distribution hearing, before being voted for distribution, it was decided that MPs will vote on international agreements for IPA funds so Kosovo will not lose any international support for IPA funds.
