The Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP) reports it has drawn from the sale tender:
Unit No. 31 - Parcellas products 1066-0 and 1067-0 in Kukica
Unit number 32 - Parcella products 1215-0 in Kukica
Unit No.38 - New Poles Product
Unit No. 39-Produlation Parcellas 955-0, 956-0 and 957-1 in Bucks
The retreat was made on the basis of the Sculpted Community's request and the Spangled Municipal Assembly's decision to declare the area of public interest.
All these properties were meant to be sold through the Assets Sale through the No. 49, which will be dated August 21, 2019.
List of assets that are on sale through Asset Sales No. 49 included assets of social companies from different Kosovo regions and can be found on the AKP site: www.pak-x.org.
Offering bids will be dated August 21st 2019 at the Grand Hotel Hall in Pristina, when the bidding ceremony will also be held.
As you have already reported, since this wave of Asset sales, the Agency will implement new simplified tender regulations that facilitate the bidding process.
