According to Trajkoviq, partition of Kosovo cannot be made as long as it is controlled by NATO

The opposition's involvement in responsibility over the removal of Kosovo and Metohija from the preamble of the Constitution of Serbia” is “the only reason why dialogue is undertaken”, Rada Trajkovovic told Serbian news agency FoNet, Coha.net.

She said Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has no opposition in parliament, which essentially needs to change the constitution, when it comes to removing Kosovo from preambula.

According to her words, this is the only issue expected to be done by Vuciqi, since it “all the internal elements of Kosovo's independence have already regulated”.

“In a legal view, Vuciq has committed the carrying of Serbia's property to Kosovo institutions. Kosovo has also given domestic independence in the sense of completing its law enforcement, judiciary and executive power”, Rada Trajkovic has indicated.

It has added that Serbia as a state is now left with only the signing of the legally binding document that actually implies Kosovo in the United Nations.

As to the state's message about continuing the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and signing the binding agreement, Rada Trajkovic has said he thinks that their message has been first addressed to Kosovo leaders, and less Belgrade, since Vuciq “in the political and judicial aspect has already carried out”, Koha.net follows.

In her words, a part of the international community wanted to convey the message that after Ramush Haradinaj and other Kosovo leaders do not stand any of the Quinti countries, but that Kosovo has identical stances that should remove the tax on Serbia's products and thus actually unblock the negotiation process.

Regarding the idea of border division, Rada Trajkovic has said the key “argument and the substance of the issue is that the area that NATO controls cannot be divided if even the rest of Serbia is not in NATO”.

Kosovo and Metohija's “Territor cannot go out of what NATO controls. The only corrections, perhaps, can be obtained through the project meaning NATO across the territory and in the rest of Serbia” (as Rada Trajkovic says.

But according to her, this is something that will put Vuciqi into trouble with Russia's increasingly powerful efforts to influence Serbia's policy in the sense of refusing NATO entry.
