Serbia's state after the arrest has submitted requests to Macedonian authorities to extradite Morina.
Northern Macedonia Deputy Prime Minister Bujar Osmani said there is no theoretical chance that Morina will be extradited to Serbia.
He added that he expects the Ministry of Justice to decide Monday not to extradite the former KLA soldier, Macedonian media report.
Northern Macedonia's prime minister, Zoran Zaev, had also emerged against the extradition.
Tomorrow the material sent by Serbia is handed over to the Skopje Criminal Court, where, according to documentation, it will be decided whether or not the former envoy will be extradited KLA.
