Tomor Morina speaks the day after her release: I knew I wasn't extradited.

He was arrested on charges compiled by Serbia for the reason he has killed people and burned houses during wartime in Kosovo. Former soldier of The KLA, Tomor Morina, was held for several weeks in the Shutka Penitentiary on the basis of a warrant issued by Serbian authorities in April 2018. One [...]
He came to Kosovo from London to spend several days off. On the day off, ex-partor of KLA, Tomor Morina, decided to go to Skopje to get a friend of his at the airport. There Morina had gone several times.
But this time, he was detained by Macedonian border police at the point of Elez's Khan. From Hani Elez, Morina was sent to Skopje, where she was arrested in a few hours.
More than two weeks, Morina remained in Skopje, exactly in the Shutka prison. For his extradition, daily bases were pressured by Belgrade authorities to deploy to one of the Serbian prisons, then to be tried there.
But despite demands, official Macedonia released Morina on Wednesday, August 15th.
A day after his release he spoke about the Express Journal, where he confessed in detail about the indictment under which he was arrested.
I was going to Skopje to pick up a friend at the airport. I stop at the border point in Blace. They even put me in the cabin. I'm well received. I waited an hour. Then they came and took me to Skopje and took me to the Court. The request for my arrest has been from Serbia. The prosecutor in the court is in charge. It confirms that I am wanted by Serbian authorities”, pointing to Tomor Morina's arrest at the moment.
He claims that the entire indictment had been compiled with false things. In it, said Morina, he has killed people and burned houses during the time he served the KLA war.
It was very funny. Demek that I killed a lot of people. I burned houses. Things that don't stay. There are no names in the people who were killed, when they were killed, who were witnesses. These have been the slander of the former Milosevic era, which Serbia today applies. The actress has been without ground. It's been a political indictment”, the former soldier of KLA.
It also explains the treatment, which has been conducted on the part of Macedonian authorities over the course of 20 days in prison. It shows that he has not believed he will be extradited to Serbia.
Macedonian “Authority has treated me correctly. Prison conditions have been terribly bad, catastrophic. I've been visited, representatives of the British Embassy, the European Union. I have days, I believe that extradition will not have”, says Morina.
Former Kosovo Liberation Army soldier Tomor Morina, who has been a soldier of outgoing Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, has thanked all those who have been in his aid during the days of staying in Skopje prison.
I thank everyone who has tried to help me. Gjakova thanks for the protest. I thank them from the heart. That's the way it's supposed to be for all the other fighters. Morally, they must back”, says Morina.
But when he returns to England, where he lives and acts, Morina still does not know. That is because his passport has been halted in Skopje for some procedures that he says he does not know.
My passport is still in Macedonia. They stopped me there. I'm waiting for him these days. All charges against me have been political. Just to equalise the crimes Serbs committed in Kosovo”, Morina says in the end.
Former Kosovo Liberation Army soldier Tomor Morina was arrested 24 July at the border checkpoint in Blace.
It was held for more than two weeks in the Shutka Prison, on the basis of an Interpol warrant issued by Serbia.
Morina was charged with committing war crimes during the 98th-99s.
Serbia had asked North Macedonia to extradite Tomor Morina.
