In your experience in the most powerful businesses in Albania, is there a decision that if you hadn't made it would have changed the course of history in business and you wouldn't have been here today?
There were a lot of these at my beginnings, but then everything took its gradual course and I would change nothing from 25 years ago to now. ”
Your relationship with money?
Money has come to me by chance, while I worked and grew gradually. I'm glad I put money into the business that people enjoy. I'm glad to hear positive comments that are in my business. Money is important, but when you get to a stage like me, the most important is the value you create with money for people.
How much limit do your children have on expenses?
They definitely have their limitations. I've read about this job and I think they have enough cost limits. Today I have more time to be with them because my structures work and only managed by 5,500 people employed.
Does Samir Mane go to the movies? You book all the cinema?
I go, but I don't store all the movies. My difference as a rich man with you as a less rich man is that we buy the same ticket. I like action movies and comedy. But these famous shows keep me stuck.
Have you thought about retirement?
I don't think I'm going to retire because my life is about business. I'll keep working on this because the adrenaline is huge.
Have you ever had a dream he's always accompanied? How is it today when you have everything?
There's always a dream, and today is my position and my influence in the region and internationally. This is my final goal to complete.
How do you view Albanian tourism?
Albanian “Tourism is in its beginning. There is much to do and improve. The focus of businesses and institutions should be tourism. I've never seen a better vision in this country than the development of tourism. We can even offer better and more than neighboring countries since there wasn't much building in us for this field. ”
