Prizren's Constitutional Court, the General Criminal Department, has filed a conviction case against the accused with initial F.V. From the village of Zhur, Prizren's municipality, due to the criminal offence committed by Article 315 par.2 p.2.1 of KPRC.
The defendant with initial F.V. From the village of Zhur, the Prizren municipality, for criminal acts such as the device of this indictment, the court has convicted him and sentenced him to prison terms of three (three) years, in which the sentence will be counted even the time spent in detention, which will continue until the integrity of this sentence. The court, along with the main sentence, pronounces the supplementary sentence and seizure of a screwdriver, as well as the license of the car's circulation, brand “Mercedes ) Benz” and the car key, as well as the fine penalty of 1,000,000 (a thousand euros).
