There were 82 votes for, five against, and one abstention, which led the government to send two more Special Bills.
The opposition was the most vocal in opposing the establishment of the Special Court, calling it unfair, selective and would violate the country's sovereignty.
The government and position deemed this vote unfair, but necessary to remove allegations of crimes committed by the Kosovo Liberation Army in the last war.
After four years this institution has yet to establish any charges, but the interviews of suspects and witnesses, among whom are outgoing Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and some other KLA commanders.
