Thus has France's President Emmanuel Macron declared at this year's summit closing conference in Biarrriz, writes Euronews.
Macron has added that he and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will organise a smat in the coming weeks with the leaders of Russia and Ukraine to deal with the crisis east of Ukraine.
“We have formed the agreement for the first time and several European and Anglo-saxon platforms with full support of G7” countries, Macron said.
We've had very good discussions with the United States that, for legal reasons, it wasn't possible to formalize at this point agreement”.
