Sentence against two men for beatings in Prizren

Prizren's Constitutional Court, ruling on this city's prosecution request, has imposed a month-long detention measure on defendants with initial V.J. and M.B. from Prizren, due to suspicion based on having committed a slight bodily offense.

This court reports the detention measure will be calculated from the date of the arrest,16.08,2019 and will last until 16,09,2019.

“By date, 16.08.2019, about 4: 00 p.m. in Prizren, “Ulqii”, as a result of a dispute involving the injured M. and H. Buzhala and their daughter, meeting on the street, after a deliberate argument attacks them with fists, head, face, and other parts of the body with which the injured suffer mild bodily injuries. Also defendant M. B. in the same time and place, and in interaction with H.B. defendants, S.B. and minor E. B., after a preliminary plea with defendant V. G. and injured B. G. They deliberately use force by punching and kicking at various parts of their body, thus inflicting slight bodily injury”, the report says.
