The Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina has issued local literature against indictees Milan Radojic, known by the nickname "Mica," born in 21.02.1978 in Gjakova, and with the residence of the Rjaldo Cetkoviq Street in northern Mitrovica.
In the document that Kosova Prees has secured, the order of the local literature is confirmed to Milan Radoic on the basis of the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo, which is suspected because of criminal work participation or organisation of the criminal group 283, paragraph 3.
Milan Radojciki's name, best known for Kosovo's opinion as deputy chairman of the Serbian List, while for the population in the north as synonymous with underground, violence, the distribution threats of derivatives and narcotics, through which it has achieved tremendous wealth, links the murder of politician Oliver Ivanov.
Kosovo's Special Prosecutor had issued a warrant for arrest for the defendant even in January this year, as suspected of involvement in the Oliver Ivanovic case, but Kosovo Police Special Unit had failed to arrest Radojciqi in northern Mitrovica, in which four other people, including members of the Kosovo Police, were arrested.
