Almost 73,000 fires have been discovered by the space research centre in Brazil (INPE), according to Reuters. It's a record number this year, the agency said. Smoke has covered the Brazilian states of Randão and Amazonia, blackening the sky over the city for about an hour, the BBC added.
“It was as if the day had become night”, resident Gianvitor Dias told BBC. Everyone here commented because even in rainy days it usually doesn't get dark. It was very impressive. ”
And they were not but the people of the city who saw the smoke. NASA captured images of forest fire crashes from space last week.
The agency posted satellite photos of multiple fires that broke through the Brazilian states of Amazonas, Rondão, Pará and Mato Grosso on August 11th and 13th of this year. The smoke appeared to cover with surprising images.
The agency said fires are rare in the Amazon region for most of the year, as its wet weather keeps fires in the bay; fires usually increase in July and August with the beginning of the dry season.
Nature's fans are unhappy because no one is responding to this disaster, they're revolting. /Periscopi/

When # NotreDame, an old building in France called on fire, every major media out there was saving it.
Right now the #AmazonRainforest, the WANGS of our planet, are burning, I don't see any manstream at all.
