Using a right that the law recognizes that of a five-hour special meeting once a month with wives, partners, or co-existencers, VIP jailers have been able to benefit the services of prostitutes in Albanian prisons.
A source from the law department at the General Directorate of Prisons explained to Top-Channel how this scheme worked. The Law stated that it recognizes the right of prisoners to hold special meetings even with what is considered coexistence.
Prostitutes were in jail pretending to be partners or cohabitators. To show that they were partners of cell mates, they offered a swimming proof that cost 3,000 dollars through which they claimed to be partners or cohabitators.
So far, it was enough for a female to testify that she was a co-existing prisoner. But actually according to the law to prove that you're somebody's co-existenceer should be presented with evidence.
Article 163 Family code says that co-existing persons can link agreements before notor, where they determine the consequences that result from coexistence”. Evidence can be photos, videos of family celebrations, joint bank accounts, co-production documents, and so on.
Just these tests to prove the status of co-existence have never been sought in Albanian prisons, opening the green light for the introduction of prostitutes, in Albanian prisons.
Top-Channel has seen an order by General Director of Prisons Agim Ismaili, where all judicial offices in prisons are required not to be sufficient with a not-attended confirmation.
The order requires that the Family Code requirements be applied to who is called a co-existenceer. /tch
