The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova asked the Constitutional Court in Gjakova to appoint the detention measure against indictees D.H., on suspicion that the same has committed criminal work “The threat of public traffic”.
On July 26, 2019, around 14:20 minutes, in the village of Brnjak, the Rahovec municipality, defendant D.H., has risked public traffic, endangering people's lives, where, on the direction of the branding vehicle “Renault Laguna”, causes traffic accident, exiting the opposite direction of the road and hitting the brand “VW Golf II”
Three people have changed their lives as a result of this accident. Two people have passed away at the scene, and another after arriving at the Gjakova Regional Hospital, while the defendant and two others have suffered serious bodily injuries.
The prosecutor-in-law to the same has applied for the 30-day detention assignment.
