The accused are guilty because by December 26, 2019, around 21:30 minutes, at the border point “Qaffe Morine” Gjakova, exactly in the village of Morina, without authorization, has imported narcotic substance of the type “mariah” from Republic and Albania to the Republic of Kosovo.
In these actions, accused F. Sh. and A. I. They have committed criminal work “the possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotrope and analogo”, the work sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
And the accused F. St. Citizens of the Republic of Albania have also committed the criminal work “Unauthorized crossing of border crossings or border line”.
The trial chamber after reviewing the paperwork and hearing of witnesses has issued a conviction case for accused F. S., declaring it a unique sentence for two criminal acts that burden him with eight (8) months in prison and fines in the amount of five hundred and fifty (550), Euros, while on charges A. I. Seven months in prison and three hundred (300) Euro fine.
The defendants have been charged with paying the procedureal expenses separately for the amount of twenty-five (25) euros, the expenses of the judicial wig in the amount of twenty-five (25) euros, as well as the amount of fifty (50) euros, on behalf of compensation of crime victims.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
