This, as Klan Kosova learns, is the most likely date for new elections, which become necessary after the expected distribution of the Parliament, which is before tomorrow.
Another date that has been mentioned is 29 September, but for the last Sunday of this month, it is less likely to be voted.
Article 2 of 66 of the Republic Constitution says the new elections, in case of the Parliament's distribution, are held no later than forty-five days after the distribution.
Both of these dates -- September 29th and October 6th -- are within the previous legal period, if the 6th legislature declares itself invalid tomorrow.
The date of the election proclamation is the president's competence. Hashim Thaci is expected to make it known on election day Friday.
Klan Kosova also teaches that the pre-election campaign will last 10 days. If voted on October 6th, then political subjects will have the right to make legal electoral campaign from September 24th to October 4th. The following day, October 5th, will be the election silence, which lasts on Sunday, until 19 p.m. when the elections are closed by law.
