According to MPMS, requirements can already be submitted before entering into force, but benefits can be taken after September 1st, 2019.
For the realisation of social security rights regulated in this agreement, MPMS says the citizens of the two countries, for prescribing more detailed requests and information, may be presented by the responsible authorities ʹ liaison organs at the following addresses:
