Through a statement, this minister reiterates the commitment of Kosovo institutions to implementing the Brussels agreement and guaranteeing freedom of movement in line with Brussels' agreement on citizens of Serbia.

They say that according to Article 3 of the Brussels Freedom of Movement Agreement Each side can apply a system through which identity cards will be accompanied by written access / exit documents for people from the other side who want to switch to a third” location.

Kosovo Border Police are fully implementing the Brussels Agreement, and Serbian citizens with ID are able to enter Kosovo without any obstacles. Moreover, barriers to the border are being caused by Serbian border authorities, which have led to a long time of waiting for citizens who want to enter Kosovo, the report says.

They say Kosovo rejects all Belgrade's false news efforts to show another reality of the freedom of movement agreement.

“Kosovo remains committed to its international obligation, and freedom of movement will be provided for all those who want to enter Kosovo in line with the Brussels Agreement”, said the report further.
