To the 55-year-old Kokdhima, charges of coupging, destruction of property, and deliberate injuries, writes Top Channel.
These three charges have been communicated by prosecutor Saimir Smaka before Judge Esmeralda Habilaj.
Mihal Kokhhima was arrested by police two days ago after the serious and unprecedented event with a group of Spanish tourists who dined at his restaurant.
All tourists have provided their testimony to the incident before Saranda police.
They have also handed over to judicial police officers, a few-minute video where Michael Cochdhima was filmed on the hood of their car.
It is these images that have helped the police to have a hard test of Mihal Kokdhima's violent actions.
Meanwhile, preliminary investigation results in this restaurant in Porto Palermo, which turns out to be without permission.
At that, despite the attempt by the Himare municipality to tear it down in 2012 as an unlicensed object by authorities, business continues to exercise activity on public property for years while currently under legalisation.
