Bulqi was a major opponent of the demarcation agreement with Montenegro, where he said Kosovo would lose 8 thousand hectares of land.
Fati left the LDK a few days ago.
Now that head of the State Commission for Marking and Maintaining of the State Border, which is expected to negotiate with a team from Montenegro to establish the border correctly after the agreement has been ratified in the Kosovo Assembly.
