The Kosovo Assembly has just been distributed in majority by Kosovo Parliament deputies.
MPs from the Kosovo Assembly have voted for the distribution of the sixth legislature yet without having expired the constitutional mandate for four years.
106 MPs were in the hall with 89 votes for, one against and two abstentions, the Parliament voted for distribution.
The MP's proposal for the distribution of the Parliament follows Ramush Haradinaj's resignation from the position of Kosovo prime minister on 19 July, as he had received the same day invitation from the Kosovo Special Court with headquarters in The Hague to interview the quality of the war crimes suspect.
Now it is expected that the country's president will determine the date of early parliamentary elections.
Article 66 of the Constitution says that regular elections for the Assembly are held later thirty days before the mandate ends, while in cases of distribution of the Parliament, no later than forty-five (45) days after the distribution.
