The chairmanship was elected four weeks after holding the party's election coalition, in which delegates entrusted Mustafa with the third term at the party's helm.

The new, expanded leadership with 10 members more than the past has this makeup: Agim Veliu, Kujim Shala, Lutfi Haziri, Vjoussa Osmani, Gazmend Mujarari, Haki Rugova, Ismet Beqiri, Imri Ahmeti, Anton Kuni, Hikmete Bajrami, Avdulah Hoti, Muharrem Svarqa, Sokol Haliti, Vlora Doshumi, Ludziku, Valon Murteaj, Skender Hyseni, Bridi, Fadil Krasniqi, Rezear Krasniqi, Arbrekave, Mirdazia Mirdazia, Monshini, Monsilani, Firruciacin Doruciok, Mukafi, Mukafit, Mukafitt, Mukafit, Mukatttttt, Mukaxhi, Mukaxhi Kazudaj, Mukatit Kazudajtjitttttttjit, Juxhi, Muka Kaldaj, Juka Kaldajtttttttttjittttttttttttjittjit

The names of two people currently having problems with the law are seen back on this list.

The current LDK deputy chairman, Haki Rugova, who is once also the mayor of the municipality of Istog, is currently in a trial process at the Peja court, as charged with conflict of interest.

Rugova is charged that he personally participated in the signing of the contract the construction of the Fecal Canal at Cercree-Lubuzdez-First-Sable-Strand”, a tender entrusted to the company “ ) MA- CONUE. P.K, owned by his brother, Gunny Rugova. The value of this tender was around 290 thousand euros.

Another name accused is Naser Osmani.

Along with former Kosovo Prime Minister Bujar Bukoshi, and Father and Gashi, LDK deputy Naser Osmani is being charged by the Special Prosecutor for three-percent funding.

In another indictment about the privatisation of a factory in Podujevo, Osmani was acquitted of charges in February of this year.
