Is Isa Mustafa trying again to deceive Albin Kurt with the post-election coalition?

Mustafa has said that the co-ordination of opposition with the VV and talks to govern together have offered him much of the country's interest, Periscopi broadcasts.

Although Mustafa has refused to have the prime minister have VVA and to reach a pre-election coalition, it seems he is now trying to deceive Kurti with an election agreement.

Good morning, honored citizens.
From today the real race begins. Who of the parties, LDK, VV, PDK, and who of the coalitions, Initiative - AKR- PD or AAK- The PSD, as well as coalitions of non-US communities, will have greater civic support.
From the LDK Assembly on August 3rd, I have extended a public invitation to the largest parties to measure separately in the elections.
Real elections are only those whose fate citizens decide, not pre-election coalitions.
Opposition association with the VV and conversations to govern together have offered us much of the country's interest. Therefore, devotion will continue to work to round the post-election coalition under mutual respect.
The LDK, with all its potential, will work for the state's capture and de-grimination of it, develop the economy and open jobs; restore partnership with the EU and the US.
Our first coalition is with the citizen!
