In a video sent to the Express, one of them sees the insults against Muslims again. They are urged not to call themselves Albanians but Turks.
Albania's police have come out this week with an announcement saying that the two citizens named Luigj Marku and Anton Zefi are on the run.
Furthermore, there is no notice whether police know their whereabouts, but the two radicals are continuing to insult and threaten Muslim Albanians through video.
They say they will make it available to tourists from Kosovo and North Macedonia who spend their holidays on the coast around Shkodra.
