He is charged that in April 2014 he caused an accident in the village of Prelez in Ferizaj when Toyota had hit a fast aid vehicle, KTV reports.

Three people were injured in this accident. Two had suffered serious bodily injuries.

In this case, the prosecution had initially filed charges against the injured, Nazim Traina, responsible for this accident, but then a super-expertosis had proven that Ekrem Mustafa was guilty of the accident.

After reading the indictment Mustafa has been declared innocent.

“According to expertise and the initial report given at the outset, since I was injured in this case, so today I don't accept the guiltyness”, Mustafa stated.
