The purpose of this meeting has been mobilisation for extraordinary parliamentary elections, which will be held in the autumn.
The chairman of the LDK's branch in Gjilan, Lutfi Haziri, has declared that ultimately in these elections the bet of Ibrahim Rugova's party in Gjilan will be reconfirmed.
“Gjilan's LDK at the election headquarters today has 980 members to lead the process of extraordinary elections, to reconfirm the LDK's raid in Gjilan and Anamorawa. In collaboration with the heads of branches in this region, we will cause increased corporate support, even beyond the LDK. The LDK, not only is hope for this country, but it is the only door that preserves this state and these institutions that are built with sacrifice and blood”, Chairman Haziri said during meeting with party structures.
Haziri confirmed that the LDK's big return will take place in this election, adding that the long-advanced political agreement before him unified the party as never before.
The chairman of the LDK's branch in Kamenica, Jeton Biqkaj, head of the Central-level Women's Forum, Freedom Katazi, head of the Women's Forum in Gjilan, Valentina Bunjaku Rexhepi, and the leading members, Arben Mehmeti, Arber Ismajli, Avdil Ali of Kurteshi Emni.
Meanwhile, all structures of the Democratic League of Kosovo branch in Gjilan have reconfirmed unity and strong support to President Lutfi Haziri in all processes.
