Pristina's foundation court, the Podujevo branch, has sentenced the driver who struck a four-year-old girl to death during yesterday.
The P.A. vehicle driver was driving a car called "Golf." During yesterday, by order of the State Attorney was detained for 48 hours at the police station.
Today, however, the Constitutional Court has sentenced him to 30 days in custody.
Besides the four-year-old girl, another person has been hurt.
The victim's body has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine for Obligation, while the other person injured (the female) has been sent for medical treatment.
