The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj pronounced a conviction court against defendants O.H., who under the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act at Ferizaj, is accused of committing criminal acts of sexual assault.
The judge for minors Kadrije Goga-Lubishani, after holding the initial trial and admitting guilt on the part of the defendant O. H, for the criminal offense in charge of the indictment, he found the same guilty and pronounced him a prison sentence of three years.
The defendant O.H. is charged that in June 2019 at a hotel in Prizren, for sexual purposes, he has sexually misused the minor victim S. M, in that way that after the same man has met with minors and after being connected earlier, the same have agreed to go to Prizren, and after receiving a hotel room, during the stay there the defendant has begun to touch the injured with sexual purposes.
